DULLES Airport Domestic Flight Arrival:

  • Inside Terminal Meet & Greet (Pre-Arranged) – Chauffeur will greet at the assigned baggage carousel displaying sign with lead passenger’s name. Additional fees for Meet & Greet, parking and IAD Pass-thru fee.
  • Curbside Pick-up – Please look for a text from your Chauffeur when your flight lands. (Please respond to acknowledge.)  Once you have your bags and ready to exit the terminal, CALL your Chauffeur.  The approximate wait from our holding area is 5 to 10 minutes.

Please be advised, IAD does charge us and Pass-thru fee of $5.00.  If the vehicle must circle back, you will be charged another $5.00 pass-fee.

DULLES Airport International Arrival:

  • Inside terminal Meet & Greet (Pre-Arranged)
    Chauffeur will greet passenger inside the terminal in the International Greeting area displaying sign with the lead passenger’s name. Additional fees for Meet & Greet, parking and IAD Pass-thru fee.
  • Curbside Pick-up – Please look for a text from your Chauffeur when your flight lands. (Please respond to acknowledge.)  Once you have your bags and ready to exit the terminal, CALL your Chauffeur for curbside meeting instructions.  The approximate wait from our holding area to the terminal is 5 to 10 minutes.
